Meet your instructor.

This is Sarah. She likes yoga.




Sarah has a BA in literature. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, and holds certificates in pain science for yoga teachers and the neurobiology of yoga.

Sarah believes that yoga, which includes the practices of yogic postures, breathing, and mindfulness, can help you manage persistent pain and stress.
